Orders placed before 12 Noon are despatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by MasterCard, Visa, Delta Laser or Switch. Standard service 3 - 5 working days. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed by six working days.

It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location. Please note parcels that are returned to Holmestead Saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courier's depot within seven days, will be subject to a £15.00 couriers charge.

BIDDING 5-minute rule.
If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the closing time, the closing time will be extended with 5 minutes. This process will repeat itself with any bid within the last 5 minutes of the new closing time. It does not matter when the bid is placed within those 5 minutes.For example, You bid at 9.00 am, so rival can bid until 9.06am, then you also can bid in 5 mins until there’s 5 min with no bids.
There is no reserve price!Each item has a minimum bid which it will be started at.Bids cannot include cents.Winning bidders will be emailed a confirmation invoice  of totals including  shipping immediately after the auction has closed.
