The Neue Schule Turtle Top Nelson Bit features a unique double jointed bit design that promotes stability and proper alignment of the mouthpiece with the sensitive surfaces of the horse's mouth. The Flex design concept allows for a guaranteed and controlled co-alignment, while also providing some additional pressure on the tongue and poll through a lever action-induced rotation. This innovative design keeps the mouthpiece centered and arched over the tongue at all times, preventing tongue evasions and promoting a soft, consistent contact with the rein aids. The Nelson cheek provides consistent rein aids on the poll, aiding in control and encouraging lift, making it ideal for use with strong horses or tricky technical obstacles. Choose between two rein options to adjust the level of control needed for your horse.

Orders placed before 12 Noon are despatched the same day for in-stock items when paid by MasterCard, Visa, Delta Laser or Switch. Standard service 3 - 5 working days. Orders placed and paid by cheque will be delayed by six working days.
Most orders are despatched in 24 hours, however, at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times, please allow 28 days for delivery . You will be advised of any expected delays at the time of ordering.
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address only. Courier companies may make additional charges for second attempt deliveries or may require the addressee to collect from their local depot. If a signatory is not available at your usual address please consider an alternative delivery address where a representative for yourself is available to sign, or designate your workplace as your preferred delivery location. Please note parcels that are returned to Holmestead Saddlery where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the courier's depot within seven days, will be subject to a £15.00 couriers charge.
